Compete. Connect. Conquer.
June 1 - June 5
We kick off summer by building our tribes. Leaders will form teams, create their identity, and compete in high-energy challenges that build trust, communication, and culture. Friday ends in a championship that celebrates teamwork and character.
Step Up. Take Charge. Lead Well.
June 8 - June 12
What does it really mean to lead? This week leaders step into responsibility as they plan and run a campus event, guided by real-world leadership principles. Featuring a guest speaker, this week challenges students to lead with confidence and integrity.
Fall. Adjust. Rise Stronger.
June 15 - June 19
Resilience isn’t about avoiding failure, it’s about rising stronger after it. Leaders will track progress, push past frustration, and improve a measurable skill all week long. We culminate with a rock climbing adventure and a gust speaker that brings perseverance to life.
Imagine. Build. improve.
June 22 - June 26
Innovation takes imagination and grit. This hands-on week challenges leaders to design, prototype, and improve a functional creation from start to finish. Friday’s showcase highlights creativity, problem-solving, and persistence.
Care for what you've been given.
June 8 - June 12
True leaders care for what they’ve been entrusted with. During Stewardship Week, leaders will improve a real campus space while exploring responsibility, sustainability, and service. A local rancher joins us to deepen our understanding of purposeful living.
Stay Ready. Think Clearly. Act Calmly.
July 6 - July 10
Confidence grows when you know how to respond. This week focuses on situational awareness, practical planning, and staying calm under pressure. Leaders will design their own preparedness plan and participate in a hands-on simulation experience. We will also have a guest speaker on site!
Bravery. Bold Action. Character.
July 13 - July 17
Courage isn’t the absence of fear... it’s action in spite of it. Leaders will identify a personal courage stretch and step boldly outside their comfort zone. With guidance from CSM Rick Lamb and a ropes course adventure, bravery becomes tangible.
Strategize. Create. Compete.
July 20 - July 24
Strategy meets creativity in this high-energy design week. Leaders will create physical, mental, and teamwork challenges for one another before putting their skills to the test in an escape room finale. Collaboration and problem-solving take center stage.
Celebrate Growth. Finish Strong.
July 27 - July 31
We close the summer celebrating growth, character, and tribe pride. Leaders will reflect on their progress, nominate peers for awards, and prepare for a meaningful closing ceremony. An optional Family Camping night to follow!
